Do you offer long-term rentals?
  Yes! We do offer long-term rental options. Each situation is unique. Please talk to your salesperson about your specific needs.
How can I be sure my items will fit in my space?

  Measurements of all items will be provided to you on your proposal. Please be sure the items will all fit in your space, including hallways and freight elevators for load in. Our delivery team will not carry items upstairs or use an escalator for liability and safety reasons.
How does the Shag Sign Shop work?
  The Shag Sign Shop offers a tremendous amount of branding capabilities for your items. We can work with graphics your provide or we have our in-house graphics team who can create a unique look for your event. Graphic design services start at $150, which provides two hours of design. Additional charges of $75 per hour will apply after that.
In addition to the rental price, what other fees are there to rent items?

  We charge for delivery and sales tax. Shag Carpet can provide a complete quote for you so you know exactly what your price is.
What happens if my event is outside and the weather does not cooperate?
  We know weather can be unpredictable. We recommend you always have an indoor or covered back-up plan for your outdoor event. We will not set up items outside if it looks like the weather will be an issue.
What if I would like to rent games for an event?
